01The window
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Write to youbond.co.in@gmail.com or message +91 95207 36868 on WhatsApp with your order number and a photograph and we will reply with what to do — please do not send anything back before that, because an unannounced parcel cannot be matched to an order.
02What we always take back
Anything wrong or damaged: the wrong item, a leaking or broken bottle, one that arrived part-empty, or an order missing a piece. We replace it or refund it in full including what you paid for delivery, and we pay the return shipping.
03Sealed for a reason
Anything personal — cosmetics, skincare, innerwear, food and grocery — cannot be resold once it has been opened, so an unsealed item cannot come back for a change of mind. That is about hygiene rather than money. Unopened items in their original packaging with the seal intact can be returned inside the 7 days.
04Change of mind
If an unopened order simply did not suit you we refund the product value; the return shipping is yours, or you may send it with a courier of your choice. A gift set must come back complete — a set missing one bottle cannot be refunded.
05Not returnable
Opened or partly used bottles, testers and samples, anything damaged after delivery, and anything reported more than 7 days after it arrived.
06How the refund reaches you
Once the return is received and checked — usually within 2 working days — the refund goes back the way you paid. Cards and UPI take a further 5–7 working days to appear, and that leg belongs to your bank, not to us. For a cash-on-delivery order we refund by bank transfer to an account you give us.
07Exchanges
Easier than a return: tell us what you would rather have and, if it is unopened and in stock, we swap it and send the new one out with the return pickup. Any price difference is settled either way.
08Cancelling before dispatch
An order that has not been handed to the courier can be cancelled for a full refund — message us as quickly as you can, and check your order page: once it says Shipped it is a return rather than a cancellation.
