01Who you are buying from

02Placing an order
An order on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it and hand it to a courier. Until then we may decline it — if the item has just sold out, if a price was displayed wrongly, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If money has already been taken it is refunded in full.
03Prices and taxes
Every price shown includes GST. Delivery is free on every order. Cash on delivery is available. Prices can change at any time, but never after you have paid.
04Taste is personal
A colour, a fit or a finish that somebody else loves may not suit you. That is not a fault in the product, and it is why every listing carries measurements, materials and real photographs before you buy.
05Using the product
Use every product the way its maker intends, and read the instructions and any warning on the packaging before first use. Keep small parts and anything electrical out of reach of children.
06Your account
Keep your password to yourself; anything ordered from a signed-in account is treated as ordered by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access and we will sign every device out.
07Our content
The photographs, product names and wording on this site are ours. Please do not copy them onto another shop or a marketplace listing.
08What we are responsible for
Delivering what you ordered, in the condition it left us, and refunding you when we do not. We are not responsible for a courier delay outside our control, or for a product used in a way its instructions warn against.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
